As well as incorporating everything that’s in our Tenant Finding Service, we take care of all the monthly administrative tasks such as registering deposit monies and collecting rent. Organising Check-in’s and Check-out’s as well as mid-term inspections and most importantly our Management Service deals with any emergency maintenance issues 24 hours a day, 365 days year, hopefully leaving you to sit back and collect your rent.
