EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates)
It is a legal requirement to have a valid EPC if you wish to sell or rent your property. We instruct local, qualified professionals for carry out our EPC’s and we are often given preferential rates due to the volume of business we supply them with and in turn we like to pass those savings on to you. Our suppliers aim to complete and produce an EPC in under 48 hours, although this can be cut down to 24 hours on request.
With the recent increase in savvy shoppers, it has become more common for purchasers to instruct an independent survey in addition to a basic mortgage valuation.
